Pox & Paint

This past weekend Matt broke out in what looked like Chicken Pox (or Chicken Puffs as Audrie calls it).  He had a fever Friday night and was grumpier than usual, so first thing this morning I called up the Pediatrician and told them what was going on.  Wouldn't you know it he is one of the handful of kids that get a case of it from the vaccination, which he received 1 1/2 weeks ago.  Fortunately, it is not contagious and it's pretty mild.  Hopefully he will be "Chicken Puff" free in a couple of days.

Even with 90 degree weather I'm really feeling the fall/halloween itch...and so are the girls.  When Alexa got home from school, they were entertained with paints and stamps.

And while the girls were doing that, Matt was doing this...
-How fitting that he's wearing orange :)-

and this...
(his favorite thing to do, which scares us all because of the hardwood)

Then he turns around and usually waves good-bye once he has reached the top.

McKell got chicken pox from the vaccine too! She only got 5 spots though. Weird! Hope he feels better soon.
