Retired

Brandon picked out and bought this cute (can I say that with a boy?) outfit...umm...I mean get-up for Matt when he was just 3 weeks old. It was supposed to be for 3-6 month olds, but of course he was wearing it much earlier than that. :) Unfortunately, he didn't wear it for long- maybe five times. So sad. Brandon took it to work and I get this email from him:

"Dear Loved Ones,

Just wanted to let you all know that it's official: Matt's 3-month football jersey, which he no longer fits in, and which his father purchased for him at Smith and Edward's, has been retired and is hanging on display in room 2113 at Alta High School.

Sorry you could not all be here for the occasion, but 1st period stood and saluted. It was special.

He could barely hold up his head and I struggled to get his legs through the slots. I heard these were the greatest things ever, so I got one as a gift from his grandma Watts, but apparently it's more for the "petite". Ha-Ha!
